Still use it, just not the way it was intended for. When you put the toothpaste in and then push your toothbrush to dispense it, it does not always land on your toothbrush. Sometimes it clumps up and falls under the dispenser or just makes a mess. It is very difficult to move the lever and get behind there to remove and toothpaste build up. I soaked it for awhile and just sit my toothpaste on top instead of through the dispenser. At first it wasn't really giving me much, but to fix this I squeezed the toothpaste tube while it was attatched to get rid of the excess air.
