I love this book a lot I deal with very bad deppression and some suicidale stuff. I lived with a family who was very abusived and got so bad mentally I started having at a younge age multiple personalities. I'm 20 now at of my families reach but I will still dealing with a lot of it still and I started remembering things from my past that was extremely disturbing. I'm not good at talk but I have done art every since I was very young so this book helped me so much on expressing my self to my therapist better then expressing in words. I'm getting a little better now and progressing a bit still have a long ways to go but this book is defiantly worth 5 stars.Sincerely,Ab
