**Q: How wide is the knife ?**
A: When closed the knife is 4" long 1" wide and 7/16" thick not including clip.

**Q: Is the knife description incorrect? it says it is g10 in d2 steel?**
A: They have this Rat 2, in a AUS 8 steel and D2 steel, you can get them in a Nylon handle or carbon/G 10 hangle you can tell the difference in the Nylon and carbon/G10 handle by sight. I have the D2 and The AUS 8 like them both with the Nylon handles.

**Q: Ball bearings or slip joint?**
A: Teflon/nylon washers.

**Q: Does it really has a G10 fiberglass handle?**
A: I take back my previous answer. I grabbed the wrong knife. 
This one does have fiberglass scales.

I’ve seen these many times over the years and I finally bought one and it’s big brother. Despite these knives being an older design I can see why people like them so much. These things are built like a tank. There is no blade play. They opened quickly and easily one-handed with the thumb studs and the blades arrived sharp. The liner lock works very well. I did not experience any problems with it sticking as others have reported. The steel may not be modern super steel but for what 90% of people use their knives for this is fine. It feels substantial in the hand and not cheap or flimsy. This has quickly become one of my favorite knives.
