HV-260 : Health & Household Review: The real deal... But doesn't last long - UPDATE#2: is been a while since my last update and I just thought about it so I came back to change my rating back to 5 stars because Vibrex did send me another wand! I still didn't receive very much communication from them, but who cares?! This company stands by its product unlike any other company I've ever used. Whether the product lasts 2 months or 2 years, when the company stands behind its product and keeps is promise, that deserves 5 stars and more. I definitely recommend this ORIGINAL Magic Wand. You'll love the product, I assure you. And if you love it so much, you completely wear it out like i did (within a year, of course), lol , don't worry, they got your back. UPDATE: OK so this wand ended up breaking about 8 months after I received it. I had to file a claim on the warranty with the vibrex company and they sent me a replacement wand (they have horrible customer service. Never even responded to my email, I didn't receive any tracking information, I didn't even know that I had a new wand coming, it just showed up. But at least I got one). However that replacement wand didn't last as long as the one I purchased through desertcart. I think I got about 4 months out of it. I tried to file another claim on the warranty considering it was within a year of receiving it but the company has not responded to any email or any other attempt to communicate with them. And it's probably been a month since I reached out to them so I'm assuming that they are not going to replace this most recent one. I kind of understand it but it's their product so I do feel it should be replaced. At the very least they could communicate with me to let me know that they're not going to replace it instead of just leaving me hanging. The wand works wonderfully... till it doesn't. But for an item this expensive, it should work longer than 4-8 months ORIGINAL REVIEW:This is a legit original magic wand, formerly known as Hitachi. The on/off switch have the Roman numerals (and only the Roman numerals) and it came with the serial number printed on it. Not a knockoff. Good price. Works like a dream! This is the third magic wand I've owned. The first one lasted about 4 years, the second one was about the same. Well worth the small investment. Highly recommend! This thing will give you HOURS of pleasure! Review: Not what I expected - I bought this for use as a massager. I am a straight male that has frequent back and neck pain. I couldn't understand why this was advertised as a massager for adults. Well when it arrived, it was exactly what I was expecting, except it had another envelope in it that was labeled "pinpoint massager" I opened it up and discovered that it came with a phallic like cap to go over the head of the massager for "intimate" massages. I would assume that a woman, or an adventurous male could use it for a great internal massage. I now understand why it said "for adults" in the advertising. But it works great for a massager. The attachment went into the garbage. (I don't need it to replace me in the bedroom LOL you would have to be pretty brave to use this thing on an intimate part. It's got some pretty rowdy vibration to it. (Which is why I bought it for deep tissue massage. To each their own. If you need a good solid massager, this is it. Maybe look for one that doesn't come with the extra parts. Might be cheaper that way. If you want to be brave and use it for what they sell it for, have fun. ## Features - Original Magic Wand, a best-seller and trusted for over 30-years for its power and durability. - Includes a FREE IntiMD straight attachment for the massager. - Two speeds: ca. 6,000 / 5,000 vibrations per minute (on high / low setting). 6-Foot Cord. 1-Year Warranty. - Plug type: US polarized.
