They work well on both pencils and pens. Just be sure not to use a pen with a clip of any length because the weights won’t fit over them. They are very durable and are actually easier and more comfortable to use with the outer shaping than a smooth circular weight would be. Review: Love These Things - Works well for tremors. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I shake. Interesting weights and system. Great to work with. Easy to work with and pretty fast conversion. Very durable. Should have smaller weights for when pencils shorten due to use. Fine until then. ## Features - Fix Handwriting Problems: Adding 1.5oz weights to your pen or pencil can assist with various handwriting issues. He is going into middle school and needs to use these but doesn’t want to draw attentio to using them, so I wish there was a package available that included all black or a color that matches a pencil. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pack of 4 Pen or Pencil Weights | Handwriting Aid for Children, Elderly, or Special Needs.
