## Features

- 🍒 PAIN RELIEF OR RELAXATION: Heat and Cold are known methods for neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain relief. The 3-Chamber-Cushion can be heated or cooled to provide temperature for the hurting part of the body.
- ♨️ HEAT TREATMENT: Heat the cushion in the oven (at 130°C for approx. 4-6 minutes) or in the microwave (at 300-400 watts for approx. 1-1.5 minutes at 15-20 second intervals). Then place on the affected area with a towel.
- ❄️ COLD TREATMENT: We recommend cold treatment for joint pain, sprains and bruises. To do this, place the cushion in an enclosed plastic bag in the fridge or freezer for 30-45 minutes.
- 🌫️ 3 CHAMBER PILLOW: The cherry stone pillow has three chambers filled with cherry stones and measures approx. 17x45 cm in total. The 3 chambers ensure an even distribution of heat and cold when placed on the body.
