Review: Discover Pine Honey - First tasted pine honey in Quebec and it is not easy to find in the US.The jar of pine honey from Canada was tiny too and did not last long. Personally I love pine honey and this is great quality. If you never had pine honey, it has a very different flavor than clover honey. The other reviewer mentioned woodsy and that is correct. Try it… if you don’t like it…give it to a friend. And if you love it like we do…this is a good size bottle and it will last a long time.
Review: Complex and good - I was curious so I purchased this and fed it to coworkers. 50% think it's much better than local honey. 1 disliked the woody notes and the remainder thought it's about the same. Compared to normal usa honey, this is sweeter sooner, has two total sweetness peaks, and finishes with a very slight woody note. Overall it's more complex and a bit better. I'll continue to buy local honey for daily use and this as a gift or use for special occasions.

First tasted pine honey in Quebec and it is not easy to find in the US.The jar of pine honey from Canada was tiny too and did not last long. Personally I love pine honey and this is great quality.
