I have got this product month ago and exactly after a month it stopped working. The device was not charging and burning smell was coming (probably battery is broken) when I tried to call customer support the number is not serviceable. Both amazon and product owners are not available for immediate help. I would suggest to not buy as the product is pricey just to face the disappointment.

With in a purchase of 3 months it has stopped working and am finding very difficult i really dont know how to make this work as its very expensive and after charging its not heating . When I contacted defni they said since you dint purchase from genuine dealer we cannt help THEY SAID you contact amazon. and how on earth amazon will solve my issue when the manufacturer itself is not accepting to make it ready.

Product is good. However don't find it worth buying when not on discounted price.

Works little on short thinner hair

good quality product! very handy and useful for traveling. although I wish it had more battery capacity to enable multiple uses before recharging! the heat setting is low hence it does not damage the hair and styles them faster.overall a good product!

I bought this product in April. It stopped working in September. Though them claim a 1 year warranty, I am still trying to run around trying to figure out how to get it repaired or replaced. Also, it is impossible to contact Amazonfor any kind of help.

Used it once. Stopped working after that. Don’t know whom to complain to. It so expensive, breaks my heart to have spent so much money on something that has such little shelf life.
