These cookies were just ok. I’ve had traditional dulce de leche cookies from Argentina and these were not the same.

The bag was dirty from the outside, and these cookies arrived crushed. When I opened the bag it just smelled bad -- smelled VERY STALE. However, the expiration date says July 2021. Tried to return it, and Amazon said this item cannot be returned. Will try the customer service next.
