## Questions & Answers

**Q: for how long these machines lasts ? they seem cheaply built and expensive if they don't last long enough**
A: I had one which lasted for 5 years and I used it several times a week. Dont overload or put in over the weight capacity. Hope this helps.

**Q: Hi, to drain is it just a matter putting the pipe in sink and attaching to the drian outlet on the washer and is the spin exactly the same.**
A: Best to use a bucket and make sure washer is up higher than the bucket so the water can flow easily.

**Q: I bought this about 6 weeks ago and all of a sudden the dryer has stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix or how to contact customer support?**
A: Is the support number on the back of the machine?

**Q: Fuse is 13amp is that right for this appliance?**
A: Hi, yes it needs a 13 A fuse, electric motors, even small ones, next size is 5A which is for much smaller equipment
