Review: Nice knife, good steel, comes very sharp - Very reasonably priced for a vg10 core+damascus cladding. Ergonomics are pretty decent, and it seems to be quite solidly built. The weight was a little heavy and was expecting it to be a bit thinner as it's for slicing veggies. But... it chops really well, and comes super sharp out of the box. The only knocks I can give it, are it's a bit heavier, and the wood choice on the handle seems a bit cheap, but in the end, it's a knife, and it's meant to cut, and it does so very well. No more accordian peeling bits apart after cutting veggies because the blade is flat when it hits the cutting board. It was nice that it came with a plastic blade guard too, so if you store it in a drawer its safe, and keeps the blade sharp.

It glides through whole watermelons, raw potatoes, onions, beets, whole carrots; chopping, dicing, julianne cuts etc. Makes fast work of removing sinewy fat off beef & pork cuts too. Has a good, solid handle that is easy to grip & comes with a protective 'sleeve' to slide the sharp edge in.... Did I mention this knife is sharp?? My other knives can't cut butter compared to this knife🥴

Very reasonably priced for a vg10 core+damascus cladding. Ergonomics are pretty decent, and it seems to be quite solidly built. This is one of the best quality knives I have ever gotten for so cheap. The blade seems really sturdy and well made, and it is actually real damascus as the layers are visible. Nothing special, just some simple layered Damascus but real all the same. The handle is well shaped, and the center pin for the handle is made frome lots of different sizes wire and is beautiful to look at. For reals I could see this same knife being sold for 5-10 times as much at a knife maker convention. Came razor sharp out of the box as well. You will not find better quality for cheaper almost anywhere.
