I have gained an average 3 MPG in the city driving. I change my oil every 6,000 miles and the oil less dirty than the Mobil 1 when I drain it. It still has a dark amber color to it in stead of the dark black color of the Mobil 1. Its not cheap oil but using good oil is a lot less expensive that major engine problems caused by cheap low grade lubricant.
