Review: Grip tape feels high quality - I bought the Hot Pink and Checkered for better grip on my electric scooter. It is thick and feels very durable. The pink is VIBRANT and SO pretty! I love how it turned out. The adhesive on the back is really sticky and I think it will last a long time.

**Q: Will it stick to a rubber surface?**
A: My son put it on his shoe soles ( a kind of rubber I assume) and it stayed for a short while but eventually came off

**Q: is it good**
A: Super good adhesion. Good amount as well. I taped 2 longboard decks and I still have a little left over so totally worth the money.

**Q: Is it non abrasive? Ripping through 70 dollar shoes gets annoying**
A: Grip tape is just adhesive backed sandpaper(an abrasive) marketed for a different purpose. The coarser the grit, the more it will wear down your shoes, but the less it will work. Non-abrasive grip tape would just be paper.

I bought a Skateboard with artwork designed by renowned Houston Graffiti artist Nicky Davis. I wanted a vibrant blue grip tape that was functional. I talked to a lot of skaters who backed Black Widow grip tape. I'm very happy with this grip tape. It stuck firmly to the board with ease, and it didn't bubble. I only had to score the edges once to get the desired effect, although I applied plenty of pressure. I was a little worried about cutting off the excess, because this tape is definitely high-grade and has a very tough feel. Anyhow, I was able to cut nice clean lines thanks to good scoring. I finished by roughing up the edges with some of the excess grip tape. Idk if you've ever used that cheaper, thin tape; but if you have you would appreciate my experience roughing the edges. The bogus grip tape literally shreds itself in the roughing stage, and deteriorates in you hand 😑. This tape is thick, tough, and stout. I can tell because it didn't deteriorate as I finished up. It looks great too. No questions asked, I'll definitely buy this tape again. I can already tell it has superior quality to a lot tape out there, and at a good value. 🛹🖤
