Love the high sides when I’m browning ground meat. I’ve left a low fire under it for way too long and thank god the pan (and the house) did fine. The lid seals well and it’s not too heavy for me to lift, wash and put away easily. In fact it’s quite light and very fast to clean. I think it’s a great pan.
