A: If you're a 32in in waist that will be a size medium, S (28-30) M (32-34) L (36-38) xxl (40-42... I wear a 38 in waist which is a Large & they're a 36-38 which they fit snug around the waist..And yes they give you plenty breathing room for the Johnson...lol..That's why I ONLY Choose Knit boxers, roomy & snug at the waist...I hope this helps you.

**Q: Other than the waistband, are these latex/spandex free?**
A: I believe they are all cotton, and quite comfortable.

**Q: Are these comfortable to wear with my long dress?**
A: I've worn them with long jeans and shorts, and by themselves around the house. Always comfortable!
