I use bone broth when I make soups or gravies. I do not drink it because I don't like it that way. What I like best is that it provides a flavorful base and it is full of protein. I compared standard broths and stocks available in the grocery store, and decided that it's bone broth or nothing for me -- because the standard offerings have zilch to offer. They are like flavored water.

Very good! Can tell, the taste is richer. More of a chicken taste! Great for soups. Or just to add the flavor of slow cooked chicken flavor. Not too heavy though. Recomend!
