This pot is plenty wide enough for a dinner plate and now I can reheat two at a time when needed. I haven’t used it to steam veggies yet but I’m sure it will be great! **Q: How to maintain the glass lid?**
A: This is a very good product and the lid is just like the normal glass lid with stainless steel edge .

**Q: Is the upper steamer can be removed or just the middle one?**
A: It can all come apart.  You can use it as a pot or with the middle steamer or with two steamers.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Does the width include the handles?  What is the diameter of the round cooking area?  Thanks.**
A: No, the width is 30cm from the inner lip of the pan across.  With handles included the width is 41cm.

**Q: Will the stainless steel be rusted easily? How to avoid it?**
A: For Stainless Steel Cookware: 
While stainless steel is highly resistant to stain and corrosion, even the finest alloys will suffer if corrosive food chemicals are not removed by proper soaking, washing, and rinsing.  Careful handling will prolong the life and luster of your stainless steel cookware. Stainless means exactly that this high quality material will stain less than ordinary steels, but they can still stain, pit or rust.  Prevent this from happening and enjoy a lifetime of use by reading and simply following these tips and rules.  

Cleaning Method: 
First Time Cleaning: remove all labels. Wash the cookware with hot water and some stainless steel cleanser (stainless steel cleaner is optional, but highly recommended). Rinse with a sponge pad for 2-3 minutes. After rinsing, use detergent and sponge/towel to wash the cookware again. Rinse and dry thoroughly.  
General Cleaning: 
Each time after use, let the cookware cool down naturally. Then, wash it with a neutral cleanser using a sponge/towel. Rinse and dry thoroughly.  
Clean the cookware thoroughly after use to remove any residues that may burn and become stains when the cookware is being used next time.  
To remove tough stains, pour hot water into the cookware to soften the stains. Scrub vigorously with a stainless steel cleanser. Rinse and dry thoroughly.  
Minerals from water or starch from food may cause a white film formed on the cookware surface. This white film can be removed by wiping with a towel dipped in lemon juice or vinegar. Stainless Steel cleaners also work for this issue. Then wash, rinse and dry thoroughly.  

Attention: 
Adjust the burner so that the heat touches only the bottom of the cookware and will not extend up to the edge that may damage the handles. Also, keep the handle away from other heating and flame sources
