A: I have only been taking AVA Sun for three and a half weeks and already notice results with diminished pain, less swelling of joints and healing of patchy rashes on elbows and feet. Although they didn't eliminate my joint pain, they reduced it noticeably and increased my digital dexterity. One of the few supplements where improvement is noticeable. Takes time for the effects to be felt, though. Follow the directions and expect to notice the difference in 3-6 months.
