I made a cake for his birthday and put a vine made of frosting on it, and added a few of the tree frogs from this set onto the vines. It has been months, and they're still frequently played with. All of these frogs are different. Each one is made to replicate an actual species of frog. Many sets that I looked at were just the same frog shaped painted differently. My son would know the difference. The most popular one in the set is made so that you hold it around the legs like you would a real frog. It looks realistic enough that a family member thought it was real!

Our son had several months where he was obsessed with frogs and their life cycle, so this was a huge hit. I'm a toy collector and recently have seen and bought a bunch of different frog replica sets. These are absolutely perfect. Very realistic-looking. All 12 of the frogs/toads are made from different molds so no one toy looks like the other. They are shaped and colored after real life frog species. Beautiful colors and designs all around. Most of them are in regular frog sitting stance, but there is one that is in a mid-air leaping position, and a couple of others that have stretched out legs/arms, as well as one with an enlarged vocal sac (throat). Very true to frog behavior! For the price and quality, these are an absolute bargain. Larger than they appear so make some room! Delivery was in a timely fashion.
