2 years ago, I ended up in the ortho ER with knee pain and was told that I have arthritis in my knees. In two weeks, there was a significant reduction in knee pain and I was able to walk more. In three weeks, the pain was mostly gone and I was able to wear my regular shoes and stilettos again.
