The downside with FireAngel is false alarms which are widely reported. Industry people prefers Aico as they dont want hassle. My plan is to buy several extra FireAngels, and immediately bin and replace any that give a false alarm, no second chances, and by Darwinism achieve a reliable system. The included battery is useless, bin and replace with Duracell 9V MN1604.Update: bought 10, of these two failed withing 12 months.
