good product. perfect work. but you have to work your self. On Ricoh website you cant find exact SP311SFNw driver for down load.other then first cartridge go very fast, because come with machine and we don't know how old . Make sure this product or any product don't buy from Best buy web site , because best buy have other where house as a sister consult. they ship product and they ship wrong one or any problem, your money you never see back until you fight very hard and BestBuy not doing hard help to get money back. you using best buy web site, still not helping. better buy from Amazon.
