Most Americans associate burnt coffee beans as better and more caffeinated than true medium roasts. So silly! Please don't ever change this, Gavalia! I have been buying from Gavalia since my original 1983 monthly subscription. I have never drank any coffee that was not provided by them since my first order from them, back then. FYI if your coffee maker uses a paper funnel filter, this coffee is total perfection! Also good for a perculator if you use paper filter added to the basket ⁰⁰and perc it with medium heat.
