You actually receive an upgraded version, not the one pictured.  Works fine.  The upgraded version had a CPT terminal that you do not have to use.  This is a quality capacitor made in the USA.  Spend the extra money and get a quality part.  Shipping was very fast; however keep in mind that USPS tracking was not entirely accurate.

This is a newer improved model capacitor over my 25 year old capacitor on my Janitrol brand AC compressor unit but it is an exact replacement. Same brand name capacitor and still manufactured in the USA.The top of the capacitor has the wire locations stamped into the metal so you can't accidentally put the wrong wire on the wrong terminal. The schematic diagram on your AC unit will help you prevent any mistakes since it tells you what color wire is for the fan motor and what color wire is for the actual compressor.

I measure capacitance. It matches with spec. I have no trouble run it on my Goodman AC. It has been running well. Save bund of money :)
