## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I properly wrap my wrists to get maximum support?**
A: Place your thumb through the loop, wrap around the wrist 2-3 times covering the joint. Secure with velcro - tight for heavy lifting, looser for lighter work. You should still be able to move your fingers freely.

**Q: Are these suitable for Olympic weightlifting or just powerlifting/bodybuilding?**
A: While our straps are excellent for powerlifting and bodybuilding, they're not ideal for Olympic weightlifting where you need to release the bar quickly. The wrist wraps, however, are perfect for Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, and CrossFit workouts.

**Q: How tight should the wrist wraps be for different types of exercises?**
A: For pressing movements (bench press, overhead press): Use moderate tightness to allow some mobility. For heavy compound lifts (deadlifts, rows): Wrap tighter for maximum stability. Wrap looser for accessory work or lighter weights.

**Q: What's the recommended break-in period for these accessories?**
A: Both items are ready to use immediately, but they'll conform better to your body after 2-3 training sessions. The wrist wraps will soften with use while maintaining support; while the straps mold to your grip pattern after a few deadlift sessions.

**Q: How do I clean and maintain these accessories for longevity?**
A: Hand wash both products in cold water with mild detergent and air-dry completely before storing. Avoid the use of fabric softener and never machine-dry to prevent damage. Store in a dry place, not in moist gym bags.
