And then it is immediately packaged.The problem is that the wood dries when the customer opens the vacuum packaging, and splits more often than not.The seller needs to fix this issue because nothing they sell will last until they do.So dont waste your money on this particular seller/item.I know this because I work with wood and making these dolls is not beyond my ability but I wanted it as a last minute Christmas gift, which didnt happen because the wood was wet.Also. It does not seem to be stored properly wherever it is distributed from. I took it out of the package and the wood was swollen and would not separate. I left it on the counter to dry overnight. After one night a slim crack formed on the top. After the second night the whole outer piece cracked. Its not worth it for me to pay the shipping cost to send it back, so I'm out the money I paid.
