Granted, I started with a cool set and cheese straight from the fridge, so a second round would likely go faster.I see a little bit of scratching on the finish (sides and frame), very minimal, so be sure to use only the plastic scraper on the cooking surface. It does what it claims, and yes, I might have been able to do this with aluminum foil and a household candle, but the little set is compact and cute on the tabletop.
