Unfortunately, Dodge decided not to design the 62TE transmission (and others) with a permanent dipstick or a fill plug style gearbox, so here we have this tool that you get to find and buy. Worked great and instructions were clear. You just have to remember this isn't meant to be left in the transmission, so no, it isn't going to be the right length for your vehicle. Simply measuring the depth of fluid and reinstalling the tube plug. The tool itself worked great but wish it wasn't needed.

**Q: How do you know which of the four charts you use?**
A: You have to know what exact transmission you vehicle has.  This tool covers a wide range.  For instance I purchased mine for a 2009 Grand Caravan with a 62TE transmission. I would use that chart for my application and ignore the rest.

**Q: I have a 2007 chrysler will it fit?**
A: It won't work for a Chrysler 200,Town and Country. It doesn't stay in you have to remove it, Nick Musk

**Q: Just for 5.9 Cummins engine 2002 motor home**
A: No
