I never had an issue with frizz like some people do but I’ve had a problem with hair breakage. I would strands of hair all of my pillow if I slept with my hair down or, if I slept with my hair up, I’d put it down and brush it in the morning to then have my sink covered with pieces of broken hair. I’ve been wearing this cap nightly for about a month (dry hair only) and I’ve noticed a huge difference not just in how much hair I pick up but in how my hair feels.
