It is supposed to be akin to if you did a simple ACV rinse after shampooing. It just helps with any excess build up. **Q: Is this good for dry hair?** A: I would say it is good for all types. I have dry hair but get oily roots and it works good for both. Also has a very pleasant smell ! **Q: I've been told that shampooing daily is not good for hair.
