When in cart, it shows the black leather. So now I am very confuse. My size left only the "Black" with the suede looked picture. Sharon, care to share which version of the "black" shoe that you have received? **Q: Are they slip proof** A: they are pretty much so but you can still slip on ice and greasy spots but in rain they are fine. If they are wet and you walk on smooth tile or linoleum you want to be careful but these are the best shoes i have found for comfort it takes about a week to break them in. Hope this helps **Q: are the insoles removable?** A: Yes, they are.
