I actually had to order two because the first one came with a huge crack down the center, literally split in two. This was because of the packaging. It comes in a box that fits just around the board, so the mail person may have been rough when loading or unloading and put awkward pressure on it. They sent me a new one and I am very very happy with it! I got the oil and cleansing products to go with it.
