Cancellation option is very lengthy as first you have to replace the product so after that you only can cancel the product ( advises from amazon customer center ) . For installation can reach to the seller , they helped me to install the cameras and solved the other quires, though it took time but they solved my issues. I m uploading night time ( front camera) video only as day time videos are good. Rear camera is VGA so video quality not as good as front camera but its OK. easily can read the number plates. Doing the job perfectly. In this price range it is very good camera. I installed 32 GB memory card as this is maximum capacity. Video quality of both cameras is awesome. Car Number plates are easily visible in the day and night video. The feature I liked the most is the motion detection functionality when the car is parked. It automatically starts to record whenever there is some movement nearby. It is very light weight, great size screen and is a must buy for all to ensure safety.
