## Overview

The PIG New Grippy Paint Booth Mat is a 32" x 100' adhesive-backed roll designed to trap overspray, dust, and dirt, reducing paint defects and color casting. It features static dissipative properties for safety, is flame resistant, and easy to clean with sweeping or vacuuming. Ideal for heavy foot and vehicle traffic areas, it installs quickly, stays firmly in place, and lasts up to 3 months, helping maintain a clean, efficient paint booth environment.

## Description

Make the cleanup of your paint booth easy with the Grippy paint booth mat roll by New Pig. Protect your spray booth floors and mixing room surfaces from build up by collecting the overspray, dust and particles that cause paint defects or create a fire hazard. Our proprietary formula of adhesive sticks to the floor with a super-tight grip, but peels up easily for quick change outs; no shifting, bunching up or flipping over to prevent trips and falls and it is ideal for areas of heavy traffic. Paint Booth Mat will absorb paint and prevent it from building up or being tracked around, so you can minimize cleanup time and focus on your work. Apply to clean, dry surface; scrape loose build up to ensure adherence. Not for vertical surfaces. Add tape over the seams to reduce fraying of the edges, prevent air particulates from being trapped under the mat and help preserve the lifecycle of the mat. Meets NFPA33 – Static Dissipative & OSHA Standards at conditions of 50% RH or higher. The paint booth mat roll gives you the absorbency and quality you expect from New Pig, the leaders at handling leaks, drips, and spills.

Review: It works in my spray booth - Traps the dirt, keeps the dust down, vacuums easliy, logical to install, and soaks up liquids like a champ. Highly recommended for a wood shop spray booth or lacquer mixing area.
Review: Works great. - No more wetting down paint booth floor, just vacuum after each job, I've found the a shop vac with wet floor attachment works great, vacs that have a rotating brush will work good as well, but they also wear out the mat faster and make replacement happen sooner.

## Features

- OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE: Top surface helps attract and trap dust, dirt and paint and primer overspray before it causes paint defects during a spray job; mat keeps paint booth clean, bright and running efficiently
- PROTECTS MIXING ROOM: Use on benches, tables or other work surfaces by cutting mat to the size you need and it will help extend paint booth filter life.
- EASY OVERSPRAY CLEANUP: No need to scrape or use chemicals to remove overspray from your floor; you can sweep or vacuum daily to remove dried overspray, dust and debris
- SUPER SAFE DURABLE MATS: Ideal for areas with heavy foot and vehicle traffic. Self-sticking adhesive back keeps mat securely in place without shifting, sliding or causing a trip hazard.
- MINIMIZE TIME: Installs quickly, peels up for fast, easy changeouts and lasts up to 3 months depending on amount of overspray and cleaning
- REDUCE CASTING: Bright blue and gray color options create better color matching and help to reduce casting and eliminate shadows and reflections

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's Tough and Super Sticky
*by J***N on July 20, 2024*

I wish I had found this year's ago. I am a hazmat cleanup guy in an aerospace chemical processing facility. We have 2 paint booths and the painters drag primer dust out of the booth and it gets all over the shop floor and outdoors. I bought a roll of this stuff and used it in front of the paint booths and paint kitchen. It's been almost a month and it's still sticking to the floor with minimal wear. It Collects all of the paint and paint dust. Great product.
