The next screen should show you your orders in a list of blocks. In each block are action buttons for that order - click on the button labeled "Return or Replace Items". In the next screen, it will show the image of the order with a checkbox to the left of it. When you click on that checkbox, it will then provide you with a dropdown list to the right for why you are returning it - select "Missing or Broken Parts". Then add in the comment section that the sponge/scrubber is missing the drill shaft. Then click "Continue" over on the right. In the next screen, it should show you the option of "Replace with the exact same item" When you select that, just below, it should show you a checkbox next to the statement that you agree to send the original item back within 30 days. That is the process I did to get a replacement and return the other without any additional cost. All within a week.
