See I have this little problem of what they call Hydrocele and it effects men usually 40 years or older. With this underwear it supports my sac, so the discomfort is reduced tremendously while driving. Plus, they are very comfortable to wear as the fabric and waist band is so soft and tight to hold up good, plus the leg length is great. And men out there who drive long distant know that getting to a restroom can be a little harder, so the fabric thickness is great for that and they absorb really great. I've also had a few comments as to how good they look on me. Little pricey but going to buy more soon. You've got to get some to find out how good they are.
