The customer service was so impressive.  Sally took care of my daughter and her issue.  Sally was so awesome we bought another alligator and snails.  Not every company is that customer service orientated.  My alligators are on my deck entering my pool!  They look so awesome.  Great quality, sturdy and cute AF!
