Most references and images are about T. Shirts.** A: With a bit of practice, yes. I take a size 16.5-17" and manage to get a reasonable fold with a sleeved dress shirt. I tend to do a double torso fold for these (and to be honest, do the same for Tee shirts). I.E. after laying in the arms and then folding the sides in, I slide the shirt upwards such that the tail is at the edge of the red folding flap of the board, fold the tail end up, then slide the shirt down and fold again. This such that the torso is folded twice (a third then a third again). PS, I only ever iron what I'm gonna wear on any one day, so this fold is for drawer storage. I'll then iron it when I want to wear it. **Q: Does this device fold long dresses?** A: I very much doubt it. The length of the 2 panels isn't enough even for polo or T shirts, but that doesn't matter in those cases. The principle works so I suggest you make your own from cardboard (which many have done) and in your case long enough for the dress. **Q: Will this fold 2XL T-Shirts?** A: Yes. Once you have practiced using it, you can fold most items of clothing easily. I love mine.
