Effective suncare, great ingredients for anti-aging
The ingredients are top notch, so it does the job, and the price is amazing for a sunscreen with antioxidants, which is incredible value for anyone who lives in polluted England. Only problem is it leaves a white cast, as many sunscreens do, which isn't a huge deal, considering it's a sunscreen that will stay put. Correct with some foundation and you're good to go

Good stuff.
Got this for my dad as he works outside all day. He really liked it and it's perfect for all types of weather.

Very effective
Really effective, have not suffered at all this year with burning or painful redness when I have been out and about. The only thing is that for about 25/30 minutes after applying, your skin takes on what my partner called 'voldamort skin' colour. It changes to an odd blueish tint when first applied which takes a while to fade even when fully rubbed in

Sun screen moisturiser.
Use for facial rehydration. Mild, creamy but leaves a white film residue.

Not so good
Disappointed by this product. I like some of the other products sold by the ordinary ,but this one leaves a sort of white film : even when I tried to massage the cream so that it penetrates the skin, it left that white film. And if I hadn't shaved for even a day, it was even worse . I thought I would use it a night but even then, I really had to wash my face vigorously in the morning , and I was not applying that much cream. So won't be buying this product -which I should have returned- again .

White residue
I usually buy a lot of products from the ordinary but I think I’ll give this one a miss! I sued it once and my face was caked in white residue. They need to go back to the drawing board for this one!

Buy only if you use make-up or love a ghost-like look
Very disappointed with this product. The Ordinary is a great brand for their serums, so I chose their sunscreen because of the brand reputation. The product feels oily and it is impossible to work into my medium skin, leaving a white cast, which I am forced to cover up with makeup. It will not work for anyone with skin type 2-6 on Fitzpatrick’s scale, it would have been workable if the brand considered adding a tint to it. And while I will finish this product reserving it for the days I do wear makeup, I will not be repurchasing it again. If anyone wants a good organic/chemical alternative (vegan and cruelty free), go for Isntree SPF50+ on Stylevanna or the US Amazon instead, it won’t force anyone to put on makeup nor leave anyone looking like a ghost, unless of course it’s a planned Halloween look!
