This one is made by a famous pastry chef in Mexico that feature common breads and pastries found in numerous bakeries in different states of Mexico. I have heard of a few here in the States, and tasted some from co-workers and friends who brought their favorites in the States for their loved ones. Just an awesome book, it is small but is packed with a lot of guidelines and importance of key ingredients coming from a famous French cooking school - Larousse. Although this book is entirely in Spanish, use Google Translate or Samsung Translate to translate from Spanish to English. But since I can read and understand little Spanish, I can easy follow the pictures, sometimes you will pick up some techniques and tips. This is such a great small book about making Mexican pastries and bread.
