Review: Just the right touch - I bought these for my cousin's 40th birthday party. Other than the mess caused when one of the confetti balloons popped, this is a great little set for a casual get together. She loved it and kept some of the decorative pieces for her scrapbook project.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Count your items
*by B***Y on May 20, 2019*

It’s probably my fault for not checking but I was short 15 out of the 40 balloons. I didn’t realize until the morning of in my way to take them to be inflated . It was incredibly frustratingly
