This is soda lime glass. Does not contain lead. **Q: Will the glass not break if the tea is too hot?** A: Not at all. I like my tea really hot and these little glasses withstand boiling temperatures. In addition, I’ve placed them in the dishwasher which uses steaming water and I’ve had no issues to the quality of the glasses or saucers. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pasabahce Premium Turkish Tea Cups and Saucers, Set of 12, Perfect for Tea Party, Gifts, Housewarming, Weddings, Anniversary - Special Turkish Tea (Filiz Tea) 500g - Caykur Black Tea, Rize, 500 grams --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/83787290-premium-turkish-tea-cups-and-saucers-set-of-12-perfect](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/83787290-premium-turkish-tea-cups-and-saucers-set-of-12-perfect) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
