It serves quite well. As a family of 8, this tack is in constant use. The hook loops are a little small for some mugs but they are functional. Wish the manufacturer wpuld install slightly larger hooks for some of the thicker handled mugs out there. Installing on our wall to hit a stud was semi tricky due to the measurements of this piece. We are constantly removing and hanging mugs and have had zero issues with loose screws or falling hooks. Been on the wall for almost a year now -no issues with durability.
