I didnt want to spend the $130 for the Medela pump bag, but came close to it. I found this bag and was nervous about the reviews that said the Medela pump in style advance is a tight squeeze. I got the large anyways and glad that I did. Everything fits comfortably! My pump and cords go on top, my bottles, attachments and ice pack go in the cooler area. I even bring my lunch and a soda in the cooler area. My wallet and keys go in the netted area inside so this bag is also my purse. I never leave reviews, but this was such a relief and can continue to be useful once I stop pumping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeps milk cool even in wacky circumstances! *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2019* I got the large size bag for my "Advanced Personal Double Breast Pump" from Medela (the one I got through my insurance). The pump easily fits in the top portion, and when I am just going to work, I keep my storage cups, a cloth, and the bottles in the bottom. Easy peasy--tidy, convenient, all that.What I really want to talk about is the non-routine performance of this bag. I've taken this sucker through a dozen different airports (the bag fits upright under most airplane seats, which is important after I had one storage cup leak), had to leave it in a car on a hundred degree day for over an hour, had to keep it in a corner of someone's office for an entire day, and had to go two days without access to a freezer to chill the milk and refreeze my ice pack overnight. Through all of these, if I have a solidly frozen ice pack at the beginning, the milk has stayed cool. The insulated portion on the bottom is excellent. I have a contoured ice pack with curves to fit three bottles on each side; for airline travel, I instead use three ounce cups. I keep the ice pack in the middle and stack the cups two deep--I can carry 12 3oz cups and keep them all chilled without worry. When I do this, I can fit the pump bottles in the top with the pump--I need to remove the shields so they'll fit without being squished, but it still works. And because the insulated portion is lined with a moisture-proof material, when I did have a storage cup leak, cleaning out the bag was an easy and quick task.It's a great bag for daily pumping at work, it's also a great pump when you're traveling. It breaks my heart to have to leave my baby as often as I do for overnight trips, but at least I know I'll have save, properly chilled food for her when I get home! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeps what I need cold, cold! *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2019* I purchased this bag because of the insulation component. I am not someone who uses a breast pump, but I do need to keep insulin at a safe temperature and keep my meter and strips cool while out and about. I like how I’m able to use the bottom portion with a couple of ice packs and know my medicine is safe. I live in Florida and it’s really hot right now. I was using a top rated product from my pens but it did not keep my insulin cool enough. I have gone out for 10+ hours and come home to find my insulin still cool. Not having to stress about disposing of bad insulin because it got hot is so nice because insulin is not cheap. Even with three ice packs and my pen, I’m able to put an apple juice in the bottom section which I need for hypo events. In the top section I have a full sized wallet, my meter supplies, keys, a small sharps container, and other items. The back pocket is really nice because I can keep my phone and a debit card for easy access.I gave this 4 stars because I can’t attest to the actual breast pump storage. However, for my needs it’s really great.
