Though its cow ghee and not buffalo ghee so it costs half as much as desi ghee of buffalo we get from villages. Cow ghee is lighter, cheaper, easy to digest, lighter texture as compared to desi ghee made of buffalo milk. It is pure ghee but please strictly select proper good rating seller in amazon fresh or amazon main store as far away sellers or low rated sellers may send you improperly stored spoiled packet of ashirvaad ghee to your home.
