The only comparison is that all nasal dilators have the goal of improving breathing through the nose.  The AIRMAX Nasal Dilator can't be compared with other nasal dilators because the AIRMAX is unique. As an example, an AIRMAX nasal dilator with a medical material can feel and perform completely different then, for example, a cheap hard plastic nasal dilator. The medically certified material and the shape of the AIRMAX have shown in a risk analysis that they do not pose any risk to the nose or the delicate cartilage in the nose.
