Review: Sprout well!! - I’m sprouting Rani beans, excellent so far. Pic showing Rani mung(front/right,) and Rani black urad(front/left,) 1/4 cup dried beans in each jar, I’ll use a little less next time, the jars filled up too soon. I have Rani chickpeas stored in the fridge, and Rani moth coming soon that I intend on sprouting with besides cooking with. Great company I use their spices, and dals also. Edit: Here’s a pic of the moth, too many beans to start with again! Two Tbs should be perfect. I’ve acquired a whole collection of Rani beans to sprout. They have others that haven’t made it to the desertcart Rani Store page, try searching for black beans for instance. note some are from India, and others from the USA. I’m so impressed with Rani’s quality, I’m now testing whether their spice seeds sprout, fennel, cumin, etc.

They are super tiny compared to the ones I'm used to. But very kernel sprouted! Expect the sprouts to be thinner than the regular size mung beans if you decide to try them.
