Review: Great set for Minecraft fans! - My almost 5 year old has recently gotten into Minecraft from watching his older brother play the video game. I have no idea how he knows the characters or how he even "gets" it, because I don't. I have no idea what the appeal is at all! However, the little one decided he wanted this set as a reward for good behavior, and let me tell you, this set is a great value for the price (considering that no Legos are cheap). My 5 year old was basically able to put most of this together himself except for mixing up some pieces occasionally. The directions are pretty straightforward, but there are a couple of pages where I really had to look to see where the pieces were supposed to go. There are 2 bags of Legos inside the box, and the manual tells you when it's time to open the second bag. Obviously the Lego guys are the best parts of most sets, so Steve and the 2 zombis are definitely a hit, but this set also has some cool hidden things that most little boys will enjoy. There is a block of TNT that can be blasted out of the cave, as well as a trap door where 2 block things can fall through (no idea what those are - again, not a Minecraft expert here!). Overall, a really good value for this set. It would be a great birthday gift for any Minecraft fan. I hope you found my review helpful. If you did, please click the YES button! Thank you! While our regular LEGO® figures are called "minifigures," we wouldn't really consider any set or bricks we make to be "mini." Kind regards, Emily LEGO® Customer Service **Q: classic size?** A: Hi there! No such thing as "classic" size for LEGO® bricks. We make two types of pieces - LEGO bricks (like in this set) and DUPLO® bricks (which are much larger, and designed for very young builders). LEGO pieces vary a lot in size depending on what they're designed to do, and all LEGO parts are compatible with each other. - Emily, LEGO® Customer Service **Q: Cuantas libras pesa la caja?** A: No lo se fue un regalo **Q: Can’t exit loop** A: It's a zombie cave, can you ever exit a zombie cave? ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great set for Minecraft fans! *by J***W on February 7, 2018* My almost 5 year old has recently gotten into Minecraft from watching his older brother play the video game. Great gift for a Lego nut! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legos & MINECRAFT?! *by C***. on November 24, 2018* What more could a 9 year (especially an autistic one) old boy want?! At this point more Lego Minecraft is the only thing on his list to Santa! I know we'll be getting a few more at least! We also got, the biggest general assortment of Legos (the one with the big yellow Lego shaped plastic storage container... Bonus!) you can buy, from Walmart, but just realized Amazon has it now, for the same price (might have been before, wasn't looking at the time)! So we'll definitely be picking up another bucket of those! Legos really give my kids (4 boys, 1 girl) hours of playtime and away from a screen! Heck, after seeing these and the Legos in the other one, I'm thinking about clearing out space to make a Lego table for family game nights! It's just so neat you can get sets to build specific things, but you can also just use your imagination and build anything! The only thing that could make this set better (the big tub came with one), is if it came with a Lego separator tool. I'm usually the only one in the house with nails and having early stages of carpal tunnel, it's not fun trying to get tiny blocks apart. But hey he's 9 years old, and eventually, he'll be able to do it himself! Definitely with the money, and small hassle! ## Frequently Bought Together - LEGO Minecraft The Zombie Cave 21141 Building Kit with Popular Minecraft Characters Steve and Zombie Figure, separate TNT Toy, Coal and more for Creative Play for 84 months to 168 months (241 Pieces) - LEGO Minecraft The Frog House Building Toy for Kids, Minecraft Toy Featuring Animals, a Toy Boat and Minecraft Mob Figures, Gaming Gift for Girls and Boys Ages 8 and Up, 21256 - LEGO Minecraft The Badlands Mineshaft Video Game Toy, Mining Exploration Set with Minecraft Minifigures, Birthday Gift for Boys and Girls, Action Packed Minecraft Toy for Kids Ages 8 and Up, 21263 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/81547000-lego-minecraft-the-zombie-cave-21141-building-kit-241-piece](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/81547000-lego-minecraft-the-zombie-cave-21141-building-kit-241-piece) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
