My expectation wasn't too high as its my 1st dash cam, just wanted something that has good image and I don't care for many other fancy features like wifi connectivity, gps location etc.... Moving on, I can see license plate of passing car when I paused the video. That to me its a win. It could be a little challenge to remove the dash camera if you want to hide it from potential thieves. It'd be nice if they can design a better release mechanism. Furthermore the camera can use USB-C to USB-C cable to get power or get power from the 12v cig lighter. I used mine on the USB-C connector closed to my dashboard. If you do not have the USB-C cable, they can send you one on request, note the cable is very long, may be as long as the cable that's used with the rear camera. Camera can be use even if you do not connect it to wifi which I do not plan on using. The video image is not bad, I like the 4k front camera. Lastly customer service is very responsive, excellent.
