The BT unit must be installed by purchaser which isn't difficult but does take some time. The helmet seems well made. There's good sound isolation when riding. There are vents in well placed locations but so far they seem to provide little to no ventilation. Wearing the helmet with glasses is tricky. There's no slot in the padding for the glasses ear pieces. It can take several tries to get the ear piece to slide in and be on the ear instead of sliding into the padding.
